Job Description As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. You will also prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and oversee job-costing, work-in-progress tracking, and profitability reporting for service calls and larger projects. Responsibilities + Manage daily accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. + Oversee job-costing, work-in-progress tracking, and profitability reporting. + Maintain chart of accounts and ensure accurate coding of all transactions. + Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and employee reimbursements. + Reconcile credit card statements, vendor accounts, and inventory purchases. + Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and equipment financing records. Essential Skills + 3+ years in a Bookkeeper role. + 2+ years of QuickBooks experience. + Proficiency in accounts payable, bookkeeping, and invoicing. + Construction or adjacent industry preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with QuickBooks is essential for this role. Work Environment This is an onsite position requiring attendance in a traditional office environment five days a week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
