Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and values accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
+ Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate entry of financial transactions
+ Reconcile bank statements and prepare account reconciliations
+ Handle payroll processing and related reporting
+ Produce timely financial reports for management review
+ Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
+ Support with tax filings and compliance requirements
+ Monitor cash flow and provide input on financial planning
+ Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and internal stakeholders
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
+ Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
+ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel
+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
+ Relevant degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Expertise in performing bank reconciliations.
• Experience handling payroll operations with attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in managing financial records.
