Description We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Floral Park, New York. This role involves managing all aspects of financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of records, and maintaining compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: • Manage the entire billing process, including invoicing and tracking payments. • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable operations to ensure timely and accurate processing. • Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. • Utilize QuickBooks to manage and record financial transactions. • Monitor cash flow and report on financial performance. • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audits and reporting. • Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to accounts or payroll. • Collaborate with other departments to provide relevant financial data. • Ensure compliance with local and federal financial regulations. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations. • Experience with payroll preparation and processing. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards. • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
