Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a dynamic logistics company based in Aurora, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including maintaining accurate records, processing accounts, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s financial health and operational success. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice management and payment tracking. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure proper alignment of financial transactions. • Utilize QuickBooks to organize, track, and analyze financial data effectively. • Prepare detailed financial reports and statements for management review. • Ensure compliance with established accounting regulations and company policies. • Monitor cash flow and provide projections to support operational decision-making. • Coordinate with external auditors during periodic reviews or audits. • Resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions promptly. • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role. • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Solid understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. • Expertise in performing bank reconciliations and managing financial records. • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements and reports. • Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards. • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
