Description We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our growing accounting team in Woodland Hills, California. This role requires a meticulous individual with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients. Responsibilities: • Record and track expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, and receipts to ensure accurate financial management. • Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual summaries. • Perform bank, credit card, account, and billing reconciliations to maintain accurate records. • Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of bills and invoices. • Oversee general ledger maintenance to uphold the integrity of financial data. • Communicate with clients to address and resolve financial concerns or discrepancies. • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner. • Handle general office duties related to bookkeeping and financial operations. • Support the preparation and execution of annual audits. Requirements • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 2 years of experience, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience without a degree. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret financial data. • Effective communication skills for client and team interactions. • Experience with payroll processing and analytical tasks is a plus.
