Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Perris, California. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy in the general ledger and financial records. • Handle month-end reporting processes, including adjustments for depreciation and amortization. • Oversee invoicing and track phases of transactions to maintain proper documentation. • Monitor account balances and perform reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. • Collaborate with team members to understand existing processes and uphold operational efficiency. • Utilize Sage and ADP software for payroll and accounting functions. • Provide support during peak seasons, ensuring timely and accurate financial reports. • Maintain compliance with established procedures and accounting standards. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping or a similar role. • Proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes. • Strong understanding of general ledger management, journal entries, and adjusted entries. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and commands. • Familiarity with Sage accounting software and ADP payroll systems. • Solid grasp of accounting principles, including debits and credits. • Degree in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required. • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple entities with separate charts of accounts.
