Responsibilities: • Handle full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy. • Utilize QuickBooks to record transactions, generate reports, and maintain the general ledger. • Monitor and track financial activity to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Assist in budgeting processes and provide financial insights to support decision-making. • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. • Stay updated on bookkeeping best practices and recommend improvements to streamline processes. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Experience performing bank reconciliations and maintaining general ledgers. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant regulations.
