Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a Toledo-area company as they look for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper and take responsibility for managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing tax documents, and generating financial reports. What You’ll Do: + Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll hour processing with precision. (payroll administration is outsourced) + Utilize QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Time to maintain financial records. + Partner with external accountants on tax document preparation and compliance. + Deliver timely financial reports and analysis for strategic decisions.
