Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join this growing team in Los Angeles, California. The primary function of this role is to ensure accurate financial records, adhere to accounting principles, and bolster the overall financial operations of our investment firm. Responsibilities: • Accurately record daily financial transactions. • Conduct bank account reconciliations efficiently. • Oversee payroll activities. • Prepare budgets, financial statements, and reports. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, including timely filing and payment of taxes. • Manage insurance renewals and handle insurance claims. • Oversee Cash Management activities. • Assist in the preparation of annual taxes. • Serve as a liaison between our company and external vendors, including accountants, banks, and attorneys. • Utilize accounting software systems effectively. • Perform accounting functions using tools such as ADP - Financial Services and Great Plains. • Use Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, annual budget preparation, and cash flow analysis.
