Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. This role involves managing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bookkeeping and a proven ability to handle multiple accounting functions efficiently. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Prepare and post journal entries to ensure proper accounting processes are followed. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies. • Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to manage and track financial data effectively. • Generate financial reports and statements to support decision-making and compliance. • Monitor and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and proper documentation. • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting as needed. • Handle payroll transactions and ensure tax filings are completed accurately and on time. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Strong knowledge of accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Enterprise for financial management. • Ability to prepare and post journal entries accurately and efficiently. • Expertise in performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. • Familiarity with payroll processing and tax filing requirements. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
