About the Role:
As a Fulfilment Centre Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our order fulfilment processes. You'll lead a passionate team, oversee day-to-day operations, and help deliver outstanding service by ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
This is a Full-Time role and flexibility to work Wednesday to Friday from 11am-7pm, Saturday 6am-2pm and Sunday 7am-3pm is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers and team.

What’s involved:
Lead by example, providing excellent service and inspiring the team to deliver accurate and efficient order fulfillment
Coach and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive workplace
Assist with onboarding and ongoing training to maintain high operational standards
Support the team with picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders as required
Organise and oversee deliveries to ensure orders are dispatched in full and on time
Manage stock control, including loading and unloading products from delivery trucks
Ensure safety and efficiency are always top priorities
Who we're looking for:
Our ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for operations and team development. You’ll have experience in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have a strong focus on achieving results while fostering a positive team culture.
You’ll need:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire your team
A current forklift licence and warehouse experience is essential
A results-driven approach, balancing operational excellence and team engagement
Recent experience in a pick and pack or logistics environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A proactive approach to safety and problem-solving
