The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing all supply activities until revenue is recognized in SAP. This includes negotiation with Leica factories and venders, entering into SAP and internal systems, and performing clerical tasks to support sales operation. The role also involves coordinating procurement and delivery to ensure smooth order-to-invoice process.
This position reports to the Fulfilment Group/Group Manager and is part of the Operation Division/ Fulfilment Group/ Procurement team located in Takadanobaba, Tokyo Japan and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Place purchase orders and manage delivery schedules with actories/suppliers and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including import procedures and warehouse schedulingEnsure accurate and timely entry of the above to system. (SAP, Excell sheet, SFDC, ACCESS and so on)Maintain optimal inventory levels including goods in transit (GIT) and Address product damages, shortages, and incorrect deliveries.The essential requirements of the job include
High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ year of experience in SCM and customer support, including import/export operationBusiness-level English language both written/verbal1+ years of hands-on experience in SAP for order processing or related operations.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook for business communicationJoin our winning team today.
