This includes negotiation with Leica factories and venders, entering into SAP and internal systems, and performing clerical tasks to support sales operation. The role also involves coordinating procurement and delivery to ensure smooth order-to-invoice process. This position reports to the Fulfilment Group/Group Manager and is part of the Operation Division/ Fulfilment Group/ Procurement team located in Takadanobaba, Tokyo Japan and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Place purchase orders and manage delivery schedules with actories/suppliers and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including import procedures and warehouse scheduling + Ensure accurate and timely entry of the above to system. (SAP, Excell sheet, SFDC, ACCESS and so on) + Maintain optimal inventory levels including goods in transit (GIT) and Address product damages, shortages, and incorrect deliveries.
