About this RoleAmpacity’s Order Fulfillment Coordinator has a critical role within the daily operation of our Des Moines Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will be able to perform these responsibilities including but not limited to All functions relating to fulfillment, including preparations of product picking, product packing, and product staging will fall within the realm of responsibilities for this role. This position will work in tandem with our Des Moines warehouse Manager to maintain a successful operation. The applied experience and oversite will lead to an accurate sum of deliveries and will ultimately enhance the customer experience and ensure sustainability in our logistics and supply chain operation.
Pay Range: $20-$24 per hour
Oversee daily order fulfillment to ensure timely, accurate processing and shipmentMonitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstockExecute pick, pack, and ship operations in NetSuite while maintaining data accuracyCreate shipping manifests using Excel, Word, and Fast Track Build appCoordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams on fulfillment issuesImplement quality control procedures and resolve order discrepancies or returnsGenerate fulfillment reports and recommend process improvementsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and transportation requirementsHandle customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery timelinesSupport staff cross-training and maintain accurate fulfillment records What You'll Bring Proven working experience in similar capacity and/or responsibilitiesAssociates degree in Business (preferred)Clear and concise written and verbal communicationAbility to think critically and creatively to resolve issuesProficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)Record of successful distribution and logistics managementDemonstrable ability to lead and manage staffProficient in fulfillment and process improvementExcellent problem solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyTravel up to 10%
