Our client, a leading provider in the logistics industry, is seeking a **Fulfillment Associate** to join their team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting daily management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
**This is a two week, contract assignment.**
**Job Title:** Fulfillment Associate
**Location:** Fairfield, OH
**Pay Range:** $22/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform quality glass inspections, glass cleaning, buffing, taping, and recovery of damaged glass.
+ Provide daily operations for warehouse management, including building maintenance, cleaning, inventory preparation, and bin maintenance.
+ Build steel pallets and prepare replenishment pallets.
+ Perform basic inventory preparation and maintain bins.
+ Work on the outbound pack floor and maintain cleanliness of the work site.

+ Ability to perform physical tasks and lift materials as required.
+ Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
+ Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
