Ensure new product introduction as planed  Main Wed production process management. Ensure main web have good quality.  Engineering Change management. Follow group requirementMonitor mould status and lead mould regular inspectionLead lean project.Build good communication with global PE team. Build good channel for technology communication

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree and Major in mechanical engineering, chemical or composite material is preferable.Fluent in English (spoken and written)
