Position Overview:

This role is ideal for pharmacists who are comfortable with a fluctuating schedule based on business needs.

As a PRN Pharmacist, you will ensure the accuracy and safety of all dispensed medications and may also engage in clinical responsibilities such as comprehensive medication reviews and targeted interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions

Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions

Communicate with healthcare professionals and respond to provider inquiries

Supervise and execute prescription transfers

Perform drug utilization reviews (DUR) and identify opportunities for clinical intervention

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)

Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing

Experience with pharmacist dispensing, verification, and clinical judgment

Work Detials:

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM

Position Type: PRN / Temp (with potential for temp-to-hire)
