Based in New Iberia, LA, you will be responsible for providing operational assistance to Aggreko customers and internal staff regarding equipment performance Monitor, maintain refueling schedules, and respond urgently to incoming fuel alarms during rotating shifts between 7 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Utilize the Aggreko Remote Monitoring ("ARM") system to remotely monitor fuel tanks and generators equipped accordingly Develop and maintain a fuel monitoring and response guide/process based on alarm data trends and feedback from field operations Participate in regular meetings with relevant departments to discuss ongoing trends Ensure compliance with safety requirements to promote safe work practices as well as providing technical support for field connectivity calls from local TechniciansYou’ll have the following skills and experience:
A Minimum High School Diploma / associate degree / Vocational training At least 1 year of relevant work experience in dispatching, logistics, or monitoring, preferably in the fuel industry (fuel transportation or brokerage) Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to translate analytical data into useful information and advanced level use of Microsoft productsFind out more and apply now.
