Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

Type of Employment: Temporary position for 1,5 years

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Maintain fuel product master data as well as product cost related set ups in company’s ERP system within European Market.

Ensure product cost data quality in ERP system.

Monitor, investigate and solve daily pricing errors in company’s interfaces.

Support users in fuel pricing product master data area.

Be the Key contact for product cost setup in ERP system.

Work on different projects, perform process testing.

Suggest process improvements for standardization and automation.

Communicate daily with various departments within the organization and external parties.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Higher educational level in Business Administration, Accounting, IT or related field.

At least 1 years’ experience with business processes and relations to IT systems, data flow and IT integration.

Experienced with relevant Microsoft business suite software and other industry programs.

Knowledge of accounting systems and/or knowledge from a trading system is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex issues/problem.

Fluency in English, both written and oral for communication with colleagues in Europe.

Advanced skills in Excel and regular MS Office tools.

Improvement driven and engaged team player.
