We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to lead customer lifecycle and engagement marketing for Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) in the EU. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for deepening relationships with existing customers across programs such as Amazon Relay and Amazon Freight Partner. Your focus will be on engagement, retention, customer progression, and value proposition development—guiding customers through their lifecycle and maximizing their satisfaction and contribution to the business.
This role is pivotal in evolving how we engage with our current customers—through personalized experiences, strategic communication, and lifecycle marketing initiatives that support their journey across onboarding, activation, growth, and advocacy. You will work cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and program teams to design seamless, data-driven engagement programs that educate, inform, and create long-term value for our customers.
Key job responsibilities
Own and drive the customer lifecycle strategy for existing customers across ATS programs, focusing on onboarding, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
Develop and optimize the customer value proposition across segments, tailoring messaging and programs that help customers grow with us through progressive stages.
Design lifecycle campaigns and engagement journeys, using a mix of channels including email, in-product communication, events, and digital content to support customer success and satisfaction.
Leverage customer insights and behavioral data to segment audiences, identify lifecycle gaps, and build targeted marketing initiatives that increase activation, adoption, and long-term retention.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Sales, and Brand teams to ensure customer engagement strategies align with program goals and deliver consistent, high-value experiences.
Measure and analyze customer engagement metrics, campaign performance, and customer feedback to continuously improve lifecycle strategies and ROI.
Lead strategic content development that supports education, loyalty, and long-term program alignment—including customer-facing guides, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership assets.
