We are seeking a Marketing Partnerships Creative Manager with expansive experience working on brands from various categories, in a full time position for 18 months as Maternity Cover.
The successful candidate will lead creative campaign development on behalf of Netflix and drive best creative outcomes with our brand partners across the DACH region, demonstrating a strong strategic acumen, an asserted creative point of view and a partnership mindset.
Whilst the focus will be on working with brands, some operational support (e.g. creative approvals, retail activation support etc. ) with our local operator and telco partners like Sky, Deutsche Telekom, Swisscom etc. may be required also.
All candidates should demonstrate their deep experience and passion for creative advertising and executing 360 campaigns across multiple touchpoints. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy: Partner with the Brand Partnerships Lead and Senior Manager Creative who leads creative strategy for brand partnerships, helping them establish a compelling strategic intersection between brand partners and the Netflix titles.
Creative: Work with Senior Creative Manager to build foundational creative concepts with agencies, that reflect the identified strategic intersection between the brand and the title, and resonate with our advertising partners.
Campaign development: Drive the creative development and execution of the brand partnership campaigns end-to-end, attending all partner meetings, leading creative conversations and feedback to partner agencies / brands, ensuring best-in-class execution at every stage. Establish and discuss clear and confident opinions on creative to quickly become a trusted partner to all stakeholders. Proactively contribute creative ideas and solutions that help us drive the best creative outcome, driving impact for the business.
Production & Deployment: Understand an agency's production process and represent Netflix at reviews, pre-production meetings and shoots. Oversee and manage production budgets, timelines, legal considerations, facilitate the production and operations behind a campaign on behalf of Netflix, and give the final sign off on campaign assets and deliverables. Handle signing of contractual documents (SOWs, POs, MSAs)
Collaboration: Efficient and timely communication across multiple cross-functional internal Netflix teams (e.g. legal, business development, title marketing, publicity) so all relevant stakeholders are informed of the partner campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years of proven experience in a brand and/or consumer marketing, creative partnerships or account lead role in creative agencies within the entertainment, advertising, or related industry. Strong creative acumen is vital, solid commercial understanding required.
Must have key, demonstrable experience leading the development of innovative creative solutions with top tier brands and working with agencies, across multiple touchpoints (traditional, social and digital).
