Job Description

► Conducting process of Review Customs Tariff Code (CTC) according with C/TX guidelines
► Performing measures for Export control and Sanctions Compliance
► Track and Trace relevant FT cases related to Customs Tariff classification via ESM and MS Outlook, providing full accurate data set
► Performing research and validation in SAP (MM, SD, GTS and other leading FT systems)
► Handling Import and Export relevant documentation and matching with SAP data
► Executing SAP/GTS Tasks and Reports
► Conducting regular Internal control systems for Process Quality checks
► Claim management and Physical Archiving
► Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

► Basic, fundamental knowledge of FT and Trade compliance operations
► Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business administration, Logistics, Law or Similar)
► Data management skills / experience
► Good expression, motivation, pro-activity, reliability
► Good conflict resolution skills; strong written and oral communication skills
► Good customer service skills and ethics
► Friendliness, flexibility and telephone experience
► Active listening skills and quick comprehension
► Ability to function in team environment as well as independently
► Ability to juggle multiple queries / tasks
► Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP preferable)
► Good English skills.
