Role – Sales and CRM BA

Level - Senior

Responsibilities, Skills and Expertise -

Act as a trusted advisor in understanding and analysing client's business problem / vision, conduct current state assessment with business stakeholders via workshop, questionnaire, interview etc, analyse the collected datapoints / artefacts and provide meaningful insights / recommendations for future state design.

Any of below domain / function expertise are preferred –

 

Sales and CRM – B2B / B2C sales strategy, sales planning, lead & funnel mgmt., field & territory mgmt., Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, Sales operating models design, business case & transformation roadmap development.

Design and implement CRM strategies tailored to the insurance sector, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Hands on experience in capturing business requirements for CRM capability implementation. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to align CRM initiatives with business objectives. Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in the insurance industry Document user stories, and acceptance criteria while collaborating with onshore counterpart(s). Support test planning, test case design, test execution along with business stakeholders.
