**Summary**
This person will play an important role in supporting our full-service restaurant business, which includes national brands such as IHOP, Black Bear Diner, and Fuddruckers as well as several proprietary brands. The primary responsibilities include managing various vendors, programs and projects that provide support to our field operations teams. Additionally, this person will work with internal team members who also support our full-service restaurants.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Development/Strategy Support: Assist with new openings; leases; Ensuring adherence to Contractual requirements; new initiative rollouts; planning.
+ Operations Support: Assist with Focus Initiatives, Maintain Integrity/accuracy of internal records/databases. Develop/modify processes and procedures to increase performance, efficiency, profitability. Boha Printer & Galley (nutritional) support
+ Vendor Management/Support. Manage multiple vendor relationships including our foodservice program.
+ Project Management: projects are completed on time, within budget. Support initiatives, pricing/menu changes, performance/ops reviews, progress/opportunities/support.
+ Brand Support: Work with our External Partners (i.e. franchisors) and internal stakeholders (i.e. Brand Leaders, Food Specialists and Shared Resources) to ensure compliance, performance, execution, problem solving. Learn & be proficient with reporting systems (i.e. RADAR, S&P,)
+ Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
+ Ensure bp’s safety, risk, and compliance culture and expectations are met. Prioritize safety in all aspects of the role and support the Believe in Zero safety philosophy.

+ QSR/FSR experience
+ Project Management & Vendor Management
+ Understands restaurant P&L, food service KPIs such as food cost, labor, average check, EBITDA, SPLH

**Pay Range**
$75,000.00 - 80,000.00 annually - A pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions posted will have a pay range listed.

**Working Conditions / Physical Requirements**
