FSCJ Culinary Internship

The FSCJ Culinary Internship was developed to provide training for current hospitality college students for hotel management positions in the hotel operations division and may include exposure to all aspects of the Culinary division. The objective of this Hyatt training program is to learn supervisory expectations, skills and exposure to management training for individuals seeking a career in hospitality. The position may provide rotation, or the trainee may fulfill a supervisory position during the duration of the program.
