Manager –Risk Consulting- EGRC- Enterprise Resilience

Job Summary

The Enterprise Resilience solution helps you transform your business to reshape it for the future while sustaining operations and maintaining trust. You help navigate disruption with agility to reduce risk, stay competitive in the market and help generate long-term value.

As Enterprise Resilience Manager, you’ll contribute technically to Enterprise Risk and IT DR client engagements and internal projects related to technology, people, premises, processes, data and third parties to deliver services consistently. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with the team.

 

Client responsibilities

Proven ability to work as a team lead within Enterprise Resilience projects Right attitude towards teaming, ownership, and knowledge sharing Work back with the near shore team to maintain transparency in communication, highlight risks & share mitigation plan Lead client walkthroughs independently as an SMR to perform current state assessment of people, processes and technologies, map critical assets and their dependency on supplier network. Knowledge of risk and controls applicable when critical assets are on prem vs cloud. Understanding of data localization laws and directives, DR strategies, Crisis and Communication Management, Isolated recoveries and Data Restores, Post recovery strategies and Procedures. Ability to visualise and propose solutions to customers based on the requirements shared. Help prepare reports and drive AI led delivery to create sustained value for clients. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables for the team. Mentor the project team in executing the project deliverables. Regular status reporting to the Onshore project manager and onsite coordinators Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations / other EY offices, on need basis Good documentation and communication skills

Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for the team Foster teamwork, quality culture and lead by example while following workplace policies and procedures Train and mentor, the project resources and team members

 

Mandatory skills requirements

9+ years of experience in the field of Enterprise Resilience Experience in conducting Enterprise Resilience assessments and safeguarding business continuity through effective crisis response planning. Experience in working with Enterprise Resilience frameworks to identify, analyse, mitigate, monitor and communicate risks related to business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, criticality assessment, single point of failure, cyber and third-party resilience, communication and escalation, etc. Draft assessment reports including findings, associated risks, and recommendations related to Enterprise Resilience Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators KPIs and creating dashboards (in MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) for continuous monitoring of Enterprise Resilience risks Develop Enterprise Resilience policies, standards, and procedures in line with varied regulations like MAS BCM Circulars, OCC, Bafin, FINRA, FFIEC and HKMA guidelines. Experience in Issue tracking tools like JIRA and Resiliency tools such as ServiceNow, IBM, Fusion Risk Management, Everbridge, VEEAM, etc. Well versed with the security design concepts and should be able to drive discussions for Enterprise Resilience with the clients

 

Preferred skills

Experience in conducting awareness training and workshops on Enterprise Resilience Demonstrated track record with a consulting organization and/or a blue-chip organization Demonstrated experience in delivery of engagements and client management CA, B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc. having experience with other Big3 or panelled IT/ ITeS companies.

 

Certifications (Preferred)

Relevant professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, Certified BCP, EC Council-DRP, etc.
