Responsibilities: * Lead the design and development of UI/UX solutions for the modernization of the Operations Workstation and related brokerage tools * Expertly translate complex brokerage workflows (e.g., corporate actions, corrections) into intuitive UI designs that enhance user experience * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and operations users, to gather requirements and conduct in-depth usability testing * Architect and build reusable UI components using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, ensuring adherence to Fidelity's design system * Mentor junior developers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in UI/UX design practices
