Act as the frontend developer, is the technical responsible for building intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces for web, mobile and Wechat mini program applications based on business requirements jointly derived with the product owner; these solutions are then to be implemented using agile methodology, include the steering of external service providers based on a framework given defined. Testing, debugging, post-production support, support and maintenance is also an important tasks. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, and product owners to deliver seamless user experiences.
He/She should support the requirements of the China market and find synergy on solutions with global solutions if any. This involves alignment with Central Key Users in Germany, competence centers when comes to global system integration. The position of this function is to be based in Shanghai.
Software Development
▪ Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular)
▪ Translate UI/UX designs into functional code
▪ Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
▪ Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation
▪ Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and best practices
▪ Execute software development tasks and activities including Content Management according to Software Development life cycle, requirements and analysis to operation setup and support.
▪ Execute Project tasks and activities according to Project Implementation life cycle, initiation to after live support
▪ Maintain software development documentation
▪ Liaise with external providers
▪ Responsible for quality assurance
Support Operation Services
▪ Monitor and attend service tickets available in Service Desk Tools
▪ Work on incident tickets, problem and change management
▪ Collaborates with product owner, technical lead and LKU. Demonstrate how the business processes related
▪ Monitoring and ensure SLA defined is followed.
Project Management
▪ Project management (technical focus) for solutions development projects to ensure that resources, risk detection and planning are aligned with the solution objectives
External Vendor Services Management
▪ Manage the external vendors for the application support
QualificationsMasters Degree or Bachelor Degree in Information & Communication Technology or related field
Minimum 5 years of IT or Industry working experience.
Minimum 3 years relevant Sales & Marketing IT project experience.
Able to lead a small work group, (self standing as well as sub-project in an overall integrated Process Implementation Project)
Have work experience in international teams.
