Your responsibilities with us:

Checking guests in and outEnsuring smooth and professional operations throughout the hotel during the night shiftResponsibility for security during the night (multiple inspection rounds)Supporting and advising our international guests, taking special requests into accountReceiving and relaying telephone calls and messagesProfessional complaint handlingCarrying out the daily closingProcessing and carrying out room service ordersCreating various reports and statisticsSharing responsibility for the training, development and support of team members during the night shift
