Your responsibilities will include: + Supervising and motivating the Front Office team, including Front Office Agents. + Assisting with and overseeing check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + Handling escalated guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a proactive approach. + Monitoring and managing room inventory, reservations, and room assignments. + Leading by example and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. + Generating reports and maintaining accurate records related to front office operations. **About You:** + Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a hospitality front office role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead position (preferably in a 5-star hotel). + Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Proficiency in a property management system (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and a second language being a plus. + A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. + The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment. **What you can expect from us:** We give our people everything they need to succeed.
