Job Description

Join the team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, nestled in the beautiful Hunter Valley. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role at one of our most picturesque resort locations, with a supportive team culture and great employee benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and inspire the front office team to consistently deliver outstanding guest service.Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience.Support daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.Mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

HIGA Hourly Rates:

Monday to Friday: $29.88 per hourSaturday: $37.35 per hourSunday: $44.82 per hour

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

Proven leadership experience in a front office or similar supervisory role, with strong team coordination and people management skills.Solid background in hospitality, ideally within a hotel or resort environment, with a sound understanding of front office operations and guest service excellence.Exceptional customer service abilities, with a calm and professional approach, even during busy or challenging situations.Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.High standard of personal presentation, aligned with the professionalism and image of our brand.Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, to meet the operational needs of the resort.
