Front Office Receptionist

Are you passionate about creating memorable first impressions? We’re looking for a **Front Office Receptionist** who will provide a warm welcome, deliver exceptional guest service, and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience — all while maintaining the standards of a world-class 5-star hotel.
**A little taste of your day-to-day:**
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Welcoming guests warmly and handling check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
Managing guest reservations, room allocations, and special requests.
Using **Opera PMS** to process arrivals, departures, payments, and guest profiles accurately.
Responding to guest inquiries, providing hotel and local area information, and assisting with arrangements.
Handling guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and guest-focused approach at all times.
**What we need from you:**
**Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist in a 5-star hotel.**
Strong working knowledge of **Opera PMS** is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Well-spoken in English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
