Front Office Night Manager - Signia Atlanta

Signia by Hilton Atlanta - where charm and grace welcome the world with 4-star service throughout the 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets! 

This position will report to the Director of Rooms and will oversee a team of 7 per shift

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of OnQ experience and 18 months management experience within Hilton. Having previous luxury experience is highly preferred 

Shift Pattern: Open availability and Weekend/holiday availability are required. This is an overnight role shift starting at 10pm

What will I be doing?

Manage all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, guest service and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitationMonitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and rewardMonitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordinglyEnsure compliance with Company standardsMeet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner and resolves guest concernsInitiate and implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy and overall revenueEnsure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and eventsComplete audit procedures, as neededRecruit, interview and train team members
