Rosetta Perugia Hotel is looking for a Front Office Manager!
As Front Office Manager, you oversee the daily operations of the Front Office. You continuously strive to provide our guests with the best service and act as an inspiring and motivating leader for the team.
As Front Office Manager, you are responsible for:
Evaluating guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement. Ensuring that regular and VIP guests are recognized and that the team promotes the Hilton Honors loyalty program. Supporting and assisting the team in handling complaints with a solution-oriented mindset. Maximizing revenue through cross- and upselling. Setting targets for the Front Office. Creating and approving work schedules. Managing the budget, administrative, and financial processes of the Front Office. Ensuring the team is up to date on hotel information and the local area. Maintaining good communication with all departments within the hotel. Attending management and operational meetings when necessary. Ensuring that the Front Office Team meets standards and procedures and represents them consistently. Overseeing the onboarding process of new team members and focusing on training and development of the team.Work Experience
