Description FRONT OFFICE MANAGER Responsible for the operations of the Reception, Concierge, Guest Relation, Transportation and Door, ensuring the highest standards of service in accordance with the operating procedures and Kempinski standards.
Responsibilities:\nResponsible for the related profit & loss statement.\nControl the duty roster guaranteeing quality as well as considering the highest personnel cost efficiency and within budget limits and occupancy variances to maximize productivity. \nIdentify training needs, develop and manage performance.\nCompile training plans of all Front Office departments and follow-up to ensure compliance and efficiency of training activities.\nManage all operational tasks as well as their respective delegation and follow-up.\nImplement and evaluate procedures and policies.\nConduct daily walk throughs to ensure quality standards.\nMaintain high visibility with guests and employees, handle customers’ complaints and take corrective action.\nResponsible for maintaining 95% scoring for LQA inspections.\nGreet VIP guests and escort them to their room. Farewell of VIP guests upon departure.\nManager on Duty, during week, weekdays and also weekends.\nRooms Division responsibility in their absence.\n
Competencies:\nHospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management \nThree (3) years relevant experience in a similar position in a renown international hotel brand\nStrong management and leadership skills and ability to inspire others\nHands-on management style with walking the talk\nEnglish – excellent oral and written skills, any other language is beneficial\nMotivating, guiding and empowering\nPlanning, organizational and analytical skills \nExcellent communication skills \nVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\nExcellent Opera knowledge\n
