Your Role

Ensure GBS HR processes include control mechanisms, data protection, and legal/regulatory compliance.Analyze and optimize team performance, drive continuous improvements, and manage training and quality checks.Enhance customer experience by analyzing feedback and planning operational development.Contribute to HR Services strategy, support global projects with local expertise, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

Bachelor degree in HR with over 10 years of experience in a related HR role.Strong managerial experience and communication skills.Good understanding of regulations, legal compliance, and data analysis.Fluent in English and Arabic.
