**Additional Information:** This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Verkehrsburo Hotellerie GmbH. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. and its subsidiary companies (collectively, “Marriott”). Coordination and supervision of smooth front desk operations
Leadership and coordination of a 7-member Front Office team, including continuous staff development
Friendly, courteous, and professional guest service
Handling, processing, and effective resolution of guest complaints
Active involvement in all Front Office areas
Implementation and monitoring of brand guidelines and quality standards
Proactive contribution to revenue growth
Administrative and organizational tasks in both Front and Back Office
Monitoring all reservations and managing accounts receivable
Close cooperation with all hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction
Completed education in hospitality or tourism
Ideally, previous experience as a Front Office Manager
Very good IT skills, preferably with the hotel software Opera
Enjoyment in working with people and supporting both team members and guests
Strong guest- and service-oriented mindset
High level of commitment with an independent and structured working style
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and professionalism
Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
Flexibility and the ability to react quickly and positively to different situations
Excellent German and English skills; any additional language is an advantage
For the position of Front Office Manager (m/f/d), the collective agreement minimum gross salary is €2,574 per month. We naturally reward relevant professional experience and qualifications with additional compensation and offer attractive salary development based on your performance
