Front Office Manager

The Role

The Front Office Manager will be responsible to assist the Rooms Division Manager in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel.

Asa Front Office Manager,you will be reporting directly to the Rooms Division Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure that all Front Office associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times

· Maximize associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

· Ensure that the arrivals list for the following day is checked, that all correspondence is reconciled with the arrivals, that VIP rooms are blocked, Suites allocated, amenities are set-up and that guest history is checked to ensure special requests, and group rates are checked and comments noted.

· Be fully conversant with all the hotel’s security procedures and Health and Safety matters.

· ability to identify priorities, solve problems, produce desired results and be accountable for commitments

· Ability to identify needs, shape actions and add value to relationships based on a central focus of customer satisfaction.

Due to local labor law restrictions, applicants must hold work authorization for Jordan, namely a Jordanian ID

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
