About the Role

Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional guest service and team development? Hilton Sydney is seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to oversee our Front Desk, Concierge, Executive Lounge and Guest Services/Operator departments. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial success in Hilton Australasia's flagship hotel.

What You’ll Be Doing?

\n

As Front Office Manager, you will:

\n\nLead and inspire a high-performing team across Front Desk, Concierge, Executive Lounge and Guest Services/Operator\nChampion a culture of hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction is warm, professional, and memorable\nDrive revenue through strategic upselling and sales-focused service delivery\nEnsure seamless daily operations and uphold Hilton’s world-class service standards\nPromote and manage Hilton Honors loyalty program and digital guest experiences\nFoster team development through coaching, training, and performance management\nCollaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction\n\n

What We’re Looking For?

\n\nProven leadership experience in Front Office or Reception, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment\nStrong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills\nA hands-on, passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment\nImmaculate grooming and a professional presence\nFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays\nValid NSW RSA Competency Card and Driver’s License\nTertiary qualifications in Business or Hospitality Management preferred\n\n
