Front Office Lead

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Is responsible in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Front Office Department.

Is responsible in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Front Office Department.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as a leader in the front area. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Fluency in spoken and written English required. Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills and high competency in Microsoft systems. Working experience with Opera is must. Qualified candidates should possess strong and accurate communications skills with a critical eye for detail. Able to handle fast paced international environment where multi-tasking is essential.
