THE TEAM
You will be part of our Front Office team, a dynamic group dedicated to creating seamless guest experiences from the moment of arrival to departure. Working closely with the Front Office Supervisor and collaborating with Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Bell Services, and other key departments, the team ensures smooth daily operations and consistently exceptional guest service.
YOUR ROLE
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service at every stage of the guest journey. Your role ensures smooth check‑ins, accurate billing, and proactive guest support, ultimately contributing to guest satisfaction and the overall success of the property. You’ll collaborate closely with operational teams, maintain high service standards, and support the coordination of guest needs, special requests, and daily hotel activity.
