Assists Front Office Team Leader in the preparation and updates of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual. Front Office Host operation in particular Ensures all information including but not limited to restaurants, hotel facilities and other miscellaneous are updated periodically. Ensures Guest Experience Management notes are recorded correctly and in a timely manner. Maintain the Front Office – Host daily Log book. Ensure all incidents are reported and submitted in timely manner. Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate. Aware of current promotions, policies and other important information. Familiar with the hotel’s products and services. Implement consistent guest recognition programmes and maintains a relevant guest history database. Handles all guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible hospitality and experience during the Arrival, stay and departure. Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. Deliver signature experiences for each of the touchpoints a customer has during a Park Hyatt journey. Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management Has minimum 1 (One) yearexperience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages Strong in leadership and business acumen Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management development skills Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management Has minimum 1 (One) yearexperience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages Strong in leadership and business acumen Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management development skills
