You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. Ideally holds a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in hotel operations. Excellent communication skills in English / Chinese, along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills, are essential.
