Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is a welcoming hotel with 330 rooms, serving both business and leisure guests in a casual and comfortable atmosphere. We believe in caring for people so they can be their best—our guests and our colleagues.

Responsibilities:

You bring your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts;You increase guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests;You take ownership in providing a memorable experience – from checking in through to checking out;You take care of internal as well as external phone calls;You take ownership of handling guest complaints and requests in a timely manner;You are pro-active in working towards achieving our team and hotel goals.

You have a European passport or Dutch working permitYou are fluent in English and have strong communication skills;You are flexible working different shifts;morning and eveningYou are passionate about hospitality;You have an enthusiastic and caring attitude;

Preferred qualifications:

You have experience in a customer-oriented job;You are familiar with OPERA and/or Micros.
