We’re seeking a confident, service-driven Front Office Duty Manager to lead front office operations and deliver standout guest experiences. You’ll be the face of the hotel on shift—setting the tone, solving problems, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Maintain a vibrant, high-energy lobby environment that reflects the StandardX brandAct as the go-to leader on shift—visible, approachable, and solution-focusedOversee daily front office operations including reception and guest servicesHandle guest enquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalismEnsure seamless check-in/check-out and reservations managementMonitor occupancy, room allocations, and VIP arrivalsCollaborate across departments to ensure smooth operationsAssist with reporting, cash handling, and administrative duties

About You

Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role within a hotel environmentExperience in lifestyle or boutique hospitality preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsPassion for delivering memorable guest experiencesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAdvanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera or similar) preferredFlexible availability, including evenings and weekendsPossess a "can do" mindset

About You
