Front Office Coordinator

The Role

The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Front Office operations and administration, ensuring smooth communication between the team and other departments while maintaining Hyatt’s brand standards.

As a Front Office Coordinator, you will report directly to the Front Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the Front Office team in daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences at all times.

· Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, reports, and communication between departments.

· Assist in handling guest inquiries, special requests, and VIP arrivals with efficiency and care.

· Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and guest preferences.

· Ensure proper communication and follow-up between the Front Office and other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, Concierge, etc.).

· Support the Front Office Manager with training coordination, team communication, and internal updates.

1–2 years of experience in Front Office or administrative role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Good knowledge of Opera or similar hotel management systems is an advantage.

A positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.ice.

1–2 years of experience in Front Office or administrative role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
