-Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel or departments.
-Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
-Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications and documentation.
-Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
-Operates and assists others in operating variety of office machines, such as: computer, printer, calculator, dater, photocopier, fax machine, telephone, etc.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Previous experience working for a manufacturing/production company
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Basic proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
