What will I be doing?
As a Front Office All Rounder, you will have a visible passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be part of the Front Office Team which is the main connection between our guests and the hotel. You will be instrumental in ensuring our guests enjoy their stay and will be responsible for:

\n\nEnsuring a reliable and friendly experience for all Guests. \nCompleting check ins/outs as well as managing guest requests and complaints\nProactively find ways to delight and excite our guests to ensure their stay is memorable\nAssist with concierge related duties such as knowledge of surroundings, booking taxis, courier services, tours & restaurants\nMaintain current knowledge of daily VIP movements, hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers\nMaximise sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs\nPerform general incoming communication duties, including taking enquiries via telephone and electronic registration systems\nAssist with luggage and delivering guest amenities to rooms \n\n

\n\nHave a friendly, bubbly and positive demeanour\nHave excellent personal presentation and communication skills\nRadiate a passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service\nAbility to work a flexible, rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and overnights\nAdapt to learning new computer systems with ease\nAbility to work on your own and as part of a team\n\n
