**What will you be doing?**
A Front Office All Rounder truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and are responsible for performing the following tasks;
+
- Welcoming and fulfilling the check\-in process for Guests and group arrivals
- Completing the check\-out process for departing guests using the hotel systems
- Providing support in concierge, managing guest’s luggage and showing guests to their rooms
- Managing effectively and efficiently guest requests
- Maximizing sales revenues through up selling and marketing programs
**What are we looking for?**
+ Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
+ Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
+ Ability to multi\-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest
+ Computer literate and able to navigate through Company systems
