Work Experience
Completed hotel apprenticeship or first experience in Front Office operations
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality
Passion for hospitality and guest interaction
Strong organizational skills and reliable working style
Team player with flexibility to work shifts
Good German and English language skills, written and spoken
Experience with PMS systems, ideally PEP, is an advantage
Hands-on mentality and positive attitude
Strong service mindset and quality awareness

As Front Office Agent (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our national and international guests and play a key role in creating memorable first impressions.
With professionalism, warmth, and strong organizational skills, you will ensure smooth front office operations and accompany guests throughout their stay.
